The dimensions of the box depicted in the product image have been chosen by our experts with careful consideration of the quantity of products within, with the intention of delivering a great unboxing experience.
Currently, we provide the following box sizes:
- Regular: 10*8.5*4 inches (suitable for 4-5 products)
- Medium: 12*10*4 inches (suitable for 6-7 products)
- Large: 14*11.5*4 inches (suitable for 7-8 products)
You can simply provide us with your message, and we'll handle the rest! Your sentiment is handwritten on a notecard and placed within your box when shipped.
You can choose the card you like by clicking on the 'Select Card' option while selecting any pre-packed box, and you can type your message in the box below it.

Our order processing time is 1–2 days, post which the order is dispatched.

Shipping Timelines :
1. Standard shipping PAN India: 4 to 7 working days, depending on the location.
2. Express shipping: 2 to 4 working days is available only for metro cities and tier 1 cities.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Since we've established partnerships with third-party shipping companies like Delhivery, Bluedart, Trackon, and more, the exact shipping dates are beyond our control. Therefore, we do not offer specific delivery date options.
We only ship domestically, all across India.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests are approved only for products that are either damaged upon arrival or incorrectly delivered.
To request an exchange, please email an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or incorrect item(s) to support@thezappybox.com within 24 hours of delivery.
RETURN POLICY
- Personalized & Non-Personalized Orders:
We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered in the best condition, meeting our stringent quality standards.
In the rare event that a product is damaged (e.g., physical damage, defective product) or incorrect (wrong item, wrong customization, etc.) customers must email support@thezappybox.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange request.
To process your request, you must provide sufficient proof, such as an unboxing video or clear photographs. Based on your preference, you may:
- Request a replacement of the product.
- Refund in the original mode of payment (amount shall reflect in your account within 7-10 working days).
REFUND POLICY
- FULL REFUND:
A full refund is applicable when the customer cancels an eligible product before it is shipped.
In that case, the refund amount will be processed to the original mode of payment and shall reflect in the customer’s account within 7-10 working days.
- PARTIAL REFUND:
A partial refund applies in case of logistics-related issues, including but not limited to:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.
- Three failed delivery attempts by the shipping partner.
- The package is refused by the recipient.
- Any other operational issues on the logistics' end.
In such cases, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping charges, return-to-origin (RTO) fee, and a restocking fee amounting to 5% of the total order value.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: All refund requests are processed within 3-4 working days.
DELAYS DUE TO THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS
The Zappy Box is not responsible for delays in product delivery arising from third-party logistics challenges, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control. Consequently, refunds will not be provided for delays caused by such logistical factors.
For added assurance and to expedite the resolution process, we highly recommend making an unboxing video of the product upon its arrival. This video can serve as valuable documentation in the event of any issues with your order.

Orders involving customization of any sort are non-cancellable once placed, under any circumstances. - Non-Personalized Orders
For non-personalized orders, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
